Request a cheque from the Treasurer
Click HERE for a copy of the Cheque Request form, for use when you are organising an activity (for example, to pay in advance for accommodation) The cheque request form should be submitted to the Treasurer at least 2 weeks before the cheque is required. Note that all requests must be submitted within 6 months of the date the expenditure was incurred.
