Are you getting it every week?
All AOAC members should be recieving an email from email@aoac.co.uk every week (the day may vary but the latest one was sent on 1st June). The email includes a summary of the events calendar (which is also on this web site).
If youre not getting it every week, it could be for one of these reasons:
- The email is going into your spam folder (take a look; adding email@aoac.co.uk to your address book might stop this happening)
- The email is going into your other spam folder. If you download your email to your PC (eg. if you use Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird) then you may have one spam folder on your PC and another online. You should check your email provider's online spam folder as well as the spam folder on your PC. Log on to your webmail and check the spam folder there; add email@aoac.co.uk to your webmail address book as well as the address book on your PC.
- You're not a member (did you remember to renew your membership last year? contact membership@aoac.co.uk if you're not sure)
- Your email address has changed since you joined (contact membership@aoac.co.uk to check what email address you have)
- Weve mis-typed your email address in our mailing list (accidents can happen - contact membership@aoac.co.uk to check)
- If you've checked all of the above then please let us know by emailing email@aoac.co.uk - whatever is causing you a problem may also effect other people, we'd like to know about it
