4. Changes to the Constitution -
- It is proposed to update the constitution to substitute a requirement for certain information to be posted on the notice board, by a requirement for that information to be notified to the members in the form set out in the revised draft constitution.
5. Membership Fees for next year
- Proposal that membership fees remain as they are, namely:
Single person - £25
Joint (couple at same address) - £40
Unwaged / distant / student - £12.50
- Alternative proposals from the floor.
6. Debate and straw poll
- Should we stay at the Llandoger Trow (where we have been asked not to use the Jacobean Room unless we pay for it) or move the Pump House (which has been courting our custom) or elsewhere.
