AGENDA FOR AOAC AGM- 8pm, 16 March 2009 – South Bank Studios 1) Apologies 2) Review of Minutes from last AGM 3) Reports from Current Committee a) Chairman’s Report b) Treasurer’s Report c) Activities Report d) Membership Report e) Equipment f) Communications 5) Changes to the Constitution - none proposed 6) Membership Fees for next year a) Proposed change to what constitutes a “distant” member. Proposal to change definition from someone who lives 100 miles away to someone who lives 50 miles away. The rationale is that someone who lives 50 miles or more away from central Bristol is unlikely to benefit from weekday activities. b) Proposal that membership fees remain as they are, namely: Single person - £25 Joint (couple at same address) - £40 Unwaged / distant / student - £12.50 7) Election of New Committee 8) Date of next Committee Meeting
