Planning Club Events

The Information section of the Club website is just getting going – how good it becomes depends very much on what Club members do to make it work. We would very much like to develop a good register of information on past Club trips to help future planners on:

Weeks away
Weekends
Days
Evenings
Social events
Whatever!

The more people add to it, the more useful it will be. Is there any trip info that you could add? We suggest the following format, to make it as simple as possible for Club members to get the information they want – comprehensive and comprehensible:

Why to go, including information on AOAC-type activities
When – best time of year
Where – where the place is, where to stay
How to get there, with information ideally on timing, cost, phone numbers; how long to stay
Past visits by AOAC; comments may be needed!
Further information: email addresses, phone numbers, other comments as appropriate.

It would be helpful (though not vital) to have your name and contact email, and when you wrote it.
